Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene seal has not been removed.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
